Return Policy

Sometimes mistakes happen, and that’s okay! We want to keep lifelong customers, and that means being understanding when something doesn’t quite work out. When you buy something from Goffena, we want to be sure you love it through and through. So, if you get a piece in your house, and it doesn’t quite fit, you have 24 hours to return it in the condition that it left our store.

Please note there are no returns on “as is,” “close out,” or “one-of-a-kind” items. Special orders excluded.
